Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving auto claims, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries
• Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established best practices and guidelines

Required qualifications

• Active insurance license is required, with the need to terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding
• Experience in handling auto claims, including evaluating coverage and liability
• Ability to conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in claims processing
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques and best practices in claims settlement
