Job Summary

Investigating and resolving auto claims, the fully remote Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster will evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle
• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries
• Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established best practices and guidelines

Required qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster license
• Experience in auto insurance claims handling
• Ability to conduct recorded statements with claimants and witnesses
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in claims processing
• Strong documentation skills for claim files
