To support a growing claims team, the full-time Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial property damage claims while working remotely and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
