Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve commercial property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial property damage claims, making informed decisions throughout the process
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
