To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve commercial auto property damage claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are being handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
