Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, resolve commercial auto property damage claims, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto property damage claims using analytical skills
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all applicable states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
