Job Summary

To support the claims management process, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve commercial property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
