Job Summary

Experienced in handling high-exposure auto liability claims, the fully remote Senior Auto Injuries Adjuster will manage complex bodily injury investigations, coverage analysis, and settlement negotiations while collaborating with defense counsel and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
