Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Licensed Auto Claims Adjuster will manage Auto Liability and Commercial Property Damage claims, ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability Property Damage claims using analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and GA preferred
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
