Licensed Auto Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Licensed Auto Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex auto liability claims while working remotely and applying their claims management experience to ensure effective communication and resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
