Job Summary

To analyze Auto Property Damage claims for a dedicated client, the full-time Licensed Auto Property Damage Claims Representative will process claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while working remotely across nationwide jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing details with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Licensing required
