Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Licensed Auto Subrogation Adjuster will investigate complex automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims while mentoring junior employees.
Key responsibilities
- Handles investigations regarding coverage, liability, and damages of auto claims with limited discretion
- Applies knowledge of insurance policies and organizational relationships to support claims processing
- Identifies subrogation or fraud potential and develops strategies to address these issues
Required qualifications
- Active insurance adjuster license
- Understanding of insurance policies and claims investigation processes
- Ability to evaluate and negotiate basic injury claims
- Familiarity with vehicle body parts and potential property damage
- Experience in customer service and identifying client needs
