Job Summary
To support student success in preparing for the Bar Exam, the part-time Licensed Bar Coach will provide expert guidance through personalized coaching, monitor student progress, and facilitate engagement with course materials remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive student engagement and outcomes by improving metrics such as performance, confidence levels, and exam preparedness
- Proactively monitor student performance data and provide targeted guidance based on individual needs
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address academic challenges and enhance study strategies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 1+ years of coaching, tutoring, or teaching experience (law-related preferred)
- Active and unencumbered licensed attorney
- Understanding of the structure and content of the NextGen Uniform Bar Exam
- Ability to work independently and appear on camera for remote meetings
