Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Licensed Behavioral Health Advocate will manage complex client issues, achieve timely resolutions, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while utilizing strong analytical skills and expertise in behavioral health care.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve urgent and non-urgent client issues, ensuring timely turnaround within 48 hours
  • Communicate complex information effectively to various stakeholders, including state agencies and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify trends in escalated issues and implement preventative actions
Required qualifications
  • Behavioral Health Clinical licensure to practice at the independent level (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) or an RN with 2+ years of psychiatric experience
  • 5+ years of behavioral health care experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing commercial health insurance
  • Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including Linx, ICUE, and OCM
