Job Summary
To support a pediatric collaborative care team, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager will assess mental health needs, provide brief therapeutic interventions, and coordinate care for an assigned caseload of pediatric patients in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates mental health care with medical providers and consulting psychiatrists for assigned patients
- Conducts mental health assessments and provides patient education on treatment options and engagement
- Tracks treatment response and monitors clinical symptoms through standardized measures and follow-up care
Required qualifications
- Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in relevant states
- Experience working with a pediatric population in a clinical setting
- Ability to provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions
