Job Summary
The full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will perform clinical reviews and assessments related to mental health and substance abuse, ensuring the medical appropriateness of care while working remotely Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate treatment for mental health and substance abuse to ensure appropriate levels of care
- Conduct prior authorization reviews in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Analyze behavioral health member data to enhance quality and utilization of services
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field required
- License to practice independently as an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN required
- 2-4 years of related experience in behavioral health settings preferred
- Clinical knowledge of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse preferred
- Experience collaborating with healthcare teams on mental health services preferred
