Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health team, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will perform utilization management reviews, ensuring adherence to medical necessity and policy standards while working remotely within Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive utilization management reviews, including prospective, concurrent, and retrospective assessments
• Utilize clinical expertise and evidence-based criteria to make informed determinations and consult with physician advisors as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless transitions of care and resolve issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Discipline
• Three years of utilization management or behavioral health care management experience
• Three years of direct clinical experience as an independently licensed Master's level Behavioral Health Clinician
• Current and unrestricted clinical license in WA, OR, ID, or UT, with willingness to be licensed in multiple states
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
