Job Summary
To support behavioral health services, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison will assess member clinical records, collaborate with providers on education and outreach, and implement tracking procedures for operational issues in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and present program results, developing metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI of programs
- Partner with internal and external departments for provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and deploying educational efforts
- Manage procedures for tracking and problem-solving operational issues between the provider network and community
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health required
- 4+ years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
- Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse across the continuum of care
- Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
- Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required
