Job Summary
Providing evidence-based treatment through a Collaborative Care Model, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with oncology teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured assessments of mental and behavioral health for oncology patients referred by partner cancer centers
- Develop and implement treatment plans using Protocol's evidence-based modular treatment approach
- Maintain a patient registry and participate in weekly consultation meetings with the consulting psychiatrist
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted mental health treatment license in at least one U.S. state preferred; pre-licensed candidates accepted
- Experience with oncology patients or those with chronic/serious medical conditions
- Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and/or trauma
- Certification in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
