Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

Job Summary

To lead a team of certified BCBAs in a remote capacity, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor will supervise utilization review clinicians, ensure compliance with guidelines, and collaborate with providers to support high-quality applied behavior analysis services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians and ensures adherence to performance and quality standards
• Collaborates with the BH utilization management team to resolve complex member care issues and improve processes
• Provides coaching, feedback, and training to the BH utilization management team while maintaining knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, RN, or BCBA is required
• Prior supervisory experience in behavioral health is preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles is preferred
• Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of behavioral health services is preferred
