Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Summary

Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for a diverse patient population in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and crisis interventions while determining the need for ongoing care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and continually assess progress
• Document treatment sessions and provide updates to the interdisciplinary team as necessary

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Behavioral Health Sciences
• Active license in good standing in the relevant state(s) of practice
• Licensure requirements vary by state, including LMHC, LISW, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, and LPC
• Credentialing through the Allied Health Staff of the organization is required
• Knowledge of various treatment modalities and emerging issues in the behavioral health profession
