Licensed Bilingual Customer Specialist

Job Summary

To support customers in navigating their health coverage, the fully remote Licensed Bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist will engage in outbound outreach, educate clients about insurance options, and ensure exceptional service while utilizing their Accident & Health insurance license.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to engage and support customers with their insurance needs
• Educate clients on available programs and benefits while maintaining compliance with scripts and regulations
• Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience

Required qualifications

• Active Accident & Health Insurance License in the state of residence
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on helping others
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
• Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments is preferred
