Licensed Bilingual Pharmacist
Job Summary
To enhance patient care through telephonic consultations, the full-time Licensed Bilingual Pharmacist will perform medication management, provide clinical education, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations to educate patients on specialty medications and disease management
- Document clinical consultations and interventions in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Interpret and evaluate prescriptions, verifying details with prescribers to expedite order processing
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in state of residence
- At least two years of experience as a practicing licensed Pharmacist preferred
- Strong clinical background required
- Experience and/or strong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy medications desirable
