Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will apply claims management expertise to analyze and resolve General Liability and Auto Bodily Injury claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex bodily injury claims and litigation management
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activities timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• 2-3 years of litigation experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
