Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as a primary operational resource for managed account programs, the full-time Licensed Brokerage Operations Specialist will support advisors and internal teams remotely by handling inquiries, processing account updates, and developing expertise in managed account products.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to advisor and internal inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels
• Process managed account maintenance requests and operational activities accurately and efficiently
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in managed account platforms and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in financial services, brokerage operations, or advisory operations
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
