Job Summary
Overseeing a team of care coaches, the full-time Licensed Care Coach Lead will ensure the delivery of exceptional, compassionate care while providing guidance and mentorship to support professional development and collaboration with clinical teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture emphasizing open communication and mutual support
- Ensure care coaches meet performance metrics and deliver high-quality, client-centered care
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a Crisis position as a Supervisor
- Available evenings (until 9p MST) and Saturdays
- Prior management experience
- Experience in a KPI-driven environment
- Clinical background or licensure is a plus
