Job Summary
Providing behavioral health support and case coordination, the full-time Licensed Case Coordinator (MN) will assist clients impacted by crises, ensuring compliance with quality care standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral health support through various communication methods, assisting clients with treatment and return-to-work needs
- Coordinate and oversee services for a caseload of clients, maintaining collaborative relationships with coworkers and external stakeholders
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and provide guidance on best practices in behavioral health and workplace resilience
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in mental health or related field required
- Professional licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LLMSW, LMFT, FMT, LP, or LPC) is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or case management
- Strong knowledge of human behavior, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
