Job Summary
Providing virtual therapy services to children and adolescents ages 5-17+, the independent contractor Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist will develop individualized care plans, conduct clinical assessments, and utilize evidence-based interventions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children and adolescents
- Develop individualized care plans based on each client's developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Complete timely and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation through the designated electronic health record
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed clinical psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Authorization to independently provide clinical services within the applicable state
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to appropriately assess and respond to safety concerns, including crisis intervention
