Job Summary
Providing contracted virtual therapy services to children and adolescents ages 5-17+, the independent Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist will develop individualized care plans, conduct clinical assessments, and utilize evidence-based interventions while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children and adolescents
- Develop individualized care plans based on clients' developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Complete timely and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation through the designated electronic health record
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Authorization to independently provide clinical services within the applicable state
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to assess and respond to safety concerns, including crisis intervention and safety planning
