Job Summary
To support the mental health needs of children and adolescents, the part-time independent Licensed Child Therapist will provide virtual therapy services, including clinical assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for clients aged 5-17, while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children and adolescents
- Develop individualized care plans based on clients' developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Complete timely and accurate HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation through the designated electronic health record
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed clinical psychologist
- Authorization to independently provide clinical services within the applicable state
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to assess and respond to safety concerns, including crisis intervention and safety planning
