Licensed Civil Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the life cycle planning and execution of capital projects, the remote Licensed Civil Engineer will review engineering designs, provide recommendations, and oversee construction efforts for facilities and infrastructure along the U.S. international borders.
Key responsibilities
- Review engineering designs, proposed installations, and existing systems, providing recommendations for improvements
- Assist with planning, design review, and construction oversight of projects
- Prepare reports and briefings to communicate outcomes and results of engineering efforts to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- A current Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Eligibility to acquire U.S. Government security clearance and availability for approximately 20% travel
