Licensed Claim Representative III

Job Summary

Managing complex General Liability and Commercial Auto claims, the full-time Licensed Claim Representative III will gather and review claim information, determine coverage, conduct liability investigations, and maintain communication with claim parties to ensure timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely claim tasks and document files appropriately while managing activities to ensure fair resolutions
• Make complex coverage decisions and conduct thorough investigations to analyze potential exposure and damages
• Negotiate settlements, manage vendor assignments, and act as a resource for mentoring other claim handlers

Required qualifications

• Minimum of seven years handling General Liability and/or Commercial Auto claims
• Three years of litigation management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
• Completion of INS, AIC, or CPCU preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain state adjusting license and complete continuing education requirements
