Job Summary
Providing exceptional service to pet parents, the full-time remote Licensed Claims Adjuster will efficiently process claims, handle medical documents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while collaborating with other departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, and settle wellness, illness, and accident claims
- Communicate efficiently with pet parents and veterinary clinics regarding claims-related inquiries
- Achieve internal processing efficiency goals set by the Claims Leadership Team
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the veterinary field as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility
