Job Summary

As a full-time Licensed Claims Adjuster working remotely, the candidate will manage the assessment and settlement of claims, ensuring timely processing and effective communication with customers while adhering to established guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day claims activities, including processing new claims and handling customer inquiries
• Own the assessment and approval of claims within designated authority and fraud thresholds
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. state Adjuster License in good standing (multi-state or reciprocal licenses preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience handling customer queries, ideally with litigations
• Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in a related field or equivalent is desirable
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
