Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing complex claims for general liability and commercial auto, the full-time Licensed Claims Adjuster will gather information, conduct investigations, and determine coverage while maintaining communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and review claim information to determine coverage and conduct liability investigations
• Manage claim activities, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate documentation throughout the claim lifecycle
• Negotiate settlements and manage vendor assignments to aid in the investigation and evaluation of claims

Required qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of claim handling experience is required
• Three years of litigation management experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and/or experience
• Completion of INS, AIC, or CPCU is preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain state adjusting license requirements
