Job Summary
Managing medium to large complex Property claims, the full-time Licensed Claims Advocate Lead will provide policy interpretation, client advocacy, and strategic partnership with legal counsel while working remotely from various states including Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee claims status and coordinate actions among clients, brokers, and adjusters
- Prepare coverage arguments and analyze loss valuations for client advocacy
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions related to claims handling and coverage reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience in brokerage or carrier settings
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation preferred
- Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license
