Managing a high-performing team of Commercial Auto Liability Claims Adjusters, the fully remote Licensed Claims Supervisor will oversee complex nationwide claims, drive exceptional outcomes, and mentor adjuster talent while promoting best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a liability claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service across various caseloads
- Guide the team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency
- Lead the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Demonstrated expertise in handling complex and high-exposure Bodily Injury claims
- Minimum of 8 years of prior leadership experience
