Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Commercial Auto Liability Claims Adjusters, the full-time Licensed Claims Supervisor will manage complex nationwide claims, mentor talent, and ensure adherence to best practices while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service across various caseloads
- Guide the claims team in following Gallagher Bassett's Best Practices for claims handling
- Manage workloads, define team goals, and utilize technology to enhance efficiency and service quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
- Extensive experience in handling complex Commercial Auto Liability and General liability claims
- At least 8 years of prior leadership experience
