Job Summary
To support the development of technical claims learning programs, the full-time Licensed Claims Training Specialist will design training materials, deliver engaging learning experiences, and identify performance improvement opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training, job aids, and assessments to enhance claims handling quality
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, supporting associate growth and compliance initiatives
- Conduct claim audits and analyze performance trends to provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Adjuster license is required
- 5+ years of property claims or related P&C insurance experience
- Experience in conducting claim audits and delivering training initiatives
- Working knowledge of claims systems and estimating platforms such as Xactimate
