Job Summary
Providing immediate behavioral health support and coaching, the full-time Licensed Client Care Clinician will conduct clinical intakes, manage crisis situations, and collaborate with individuals remotely from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intakes via telephone to assess behavioral health needs and determine appropriate levels of care
- Provide direct behavioral health support and crisis intervention to individuals and groups affected by disruptive events
- Maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams while ensuring compliance with departmental standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Professional licensure required (LMSW, LCSW, LLMSW, LMFT, FMT, LP, or LPC)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health
- Strong knowledge of assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and provide effective crisis intervention
