Licensed Client Services Executive

Job Summary

Managing client relationships, the full-time Licensed Client Services Executive will deliver strategic consulting services related to value-based contracting with healthcare providers, overseeing account management and coordinating resources in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned health plan and provider accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth
• Develop and implement a three-year reinsurance strategy for clients, informed by analytics and market benchmarks
• Coordinate internal resources and client meetings to facilitate smooth policy implementation and ongoing support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in Managed Care Reinsurance
• Valid Insurance License
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
