Licensed Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Client Success Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on managing a book of existing clients and past prospects through proactive communication, policy reviews, and relationship building to drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage clients through frequent phone conversations to enhance relationships and uncover new opportunities
• Conduct policy reviews and coordinate service efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Request referrals from satisfied clients and follow up to convert them into new business conversations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client relationships, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking concepts is a plus
