Licensed Clinical Care Navigator
Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Licensed Clinical Care Navigator will provide overnight clinical support, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention to members seeking mental health assistance from Sunday to Thursday, 12am to 8am ET.
Key responsibilities
- Provide in-the-moment clinical support and connect members to appropriate referrals and resources
- Assess risks and deliver crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up care for high-risk members
- Document interactions professionally and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective care
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist credential
- Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical care experience
- Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing, CBT, and solution-focused interventions
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in various computer platforms
