Licensed Clinical Care Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing the Clinical Care Review team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Care Team Lead will manage daily workflows, ensure quality and productivity standards, and provide training and support to team members in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct oversight and guidance to Clinical Care Review employees, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards
• Develop and implement workload management plans based on trend analysis and advocate for team needs
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required qualifications:

• Graduate level degree as a mental health professional or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent relevant experience
• One year of experience in Utilization Management/Utilization Review
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse or mental health professional required
• MCG Certification preferred
