Licensed Clinical Chief of Staff

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical organization, the full-time Licensed Clinical Chief of Staff will drive cross-functional initiatives, manage the Clinical team's operating rhythm, and ensure alignment across various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives by turning high-priority work into actionable plans with clear milestones
• Own the Clinical team's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, OKR processes, and planning calendars
• Connect team members to address misalignments early and facilitate decision-making among leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, strategy, or a Chief of Staff role in tech
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in a late-stage, high-growth company with evolving processes
• Exceptional program management skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams effectively
• Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft communications in various voices
• Proven ability to lead through influence and bring structure to ambiguous situations
