Licensed Clinical Counselor

Job Summary

Providing critical mental health support, the full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor will deliver counseling and informational services remotely, utilizing advanced clinical assessments and collaborating with a team to ensure optimal care for members.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone-based assessments, triage, and counseling in a call center environment
• Develop immediate action/safety plans based on risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure continuity of care and provide members with resources for mental health support

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
• Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist)
• Experience in facilitating patient/client positive behavior change
• Experience in handling mental health, psychiatric care, and relationship concerns preferred
• Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
