Job Summary
Providing on-demand consultations, the full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor for the Employee Assistance Program will deliver clinical assessments and safety planning remotely, working Wednesday through Sunday from 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, and safety plans via phone, video, and chat
- Utilize advanced technology platforms to enhance member experience and ensure timely access to mental health solutions
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation while protecting member confidentiality in accordance with EAP policies
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of crisis intervention experience
- Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
- Availability for 24/7 call center coverage, including potential holiday shifts
