Licensed Clinical Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of telehealth physicians, the full-time Licensed Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, manage physician hiring and training, and develop care models for patients with chronic conditions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day clinical leadership for telehealth physicians and serve as the escalation point for complex cases
• Own the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for physicians to ensure rapid productivity
• Develop workflows and protocols for patient assessments and care plan partnerships with advocates

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license with board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics
• 3+ years of experience managing physicians as a medical director or in a similar role
• 5+ years of direct patient care experience, preferably with older adults
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make decisions swiftly
• Experience in startup or digital health environments is a plus
