Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, a Licensed Clinical Evaluator will review AI tool outputs for clinical accuracy, apply evaluation rubrics, and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance product standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review output from AI tools for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
- Apply and improve evaluation rubrics, documenting clinical reasoning for decisions
- Participate in calibration sessions with peers to ensure consistent evaluation standards
Required qualifications
- Current licensed therapist or professional counselor with an independent, unrestricted license
- Minimum of 3 years of direct therapy experience
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and documentation standards
- Experience with AI chart reviews or clinical documentation standards is a plus
- Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technology platforms
