Licensed Clinical Health Manager

Job Summary

To support employee wellness initiatives, the full-time remote Licensed Clinical Health Manager will manage the GMR Life program, coordinate crisis response efforts, and develop wellness communication strategies while serving as a point of contact for wellness solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the GMR Peer Support and Critical Incident Response program
• Provide guidance and support during critical incidents and assist employees in navigating mental health care systems
• Develop and maintain wellness communication channels and create educational content targeting personnel needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; leadership experience preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a career emergency responder with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• Prior peer support experience and critical incident management experience strongly desired
• Public speaking and experience creating educational content through various formats
• Preferred credentials include prehospital EMS, Firefighter, or Air Medical certifications, or licensed mental health provider credentials
